No. Our recurring plans are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business each visit with reliable service, clear communication, and results you can see.
If a covered pest comes back between your scheduled services, we’ll come back and re-treat the affected area at no extra charge. Warranty coverage applies to the pests included in your service plan.
Initial service typically ranges from $125–$225, depending on the property size, pest issue, and treatment needed. We’ll give you clear pricing before any work begins.
Almost never for exterior service. For interior treatments, we’ll let you know if you need to step out, keep pets away from treated areas, or wait for products to dry before re-entering.
We serve Brighton, Fort Lupton, Lochbuie, Hudson, Thornton, Northglenn, Commerce City, Westminster, Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Broomfield, Louisville, Lafayette, Platteville, and nearby North Denver metro communities.
We do not currently handle termites, or wildlife. These services often require specialized equipment, licensing, or treatment methods. If we see signs of them, we’ll be honest about what we found and point you in the right direction.
