Yes. We use Integrated Pest Management, or IPM, which means we inspect first, treat only where needed, and use the lowest effective amount of product. We’ll also give you clear instructions for pets, kids, and re-entry when needed.
If a covered pest returns between scheduled visits, contact us and we’ll come back to address the issue. Our goal is to make sure your home stays protected, not just treated once and forgotten.
Not for most exterior services. As long as we have access to the property, we can complete the service and send you notes afterward. Interior or specialty treatments may require someone to be home.
Most quotes can be handled the same day by phone or text. If the issue needs a closer look, we’ll schedule the soonest available inspection.
